Resident Evil 7 biohazard, winner of the Award for Excellence, is the latest title in the series and builds upon the series' roots of fear, exploration and tense atmosphere. Additionally, one Capcom title, Monster Hunter: World, was recognized in the Future Division Awards. The prizes were announced at the Tokyo Game Show 2017, which was held from September 21-24.
(Capcom) today announced that Resident Evil 7 biohazard and Monster Hunter XX (Double Cross) were awarded the Award for Excellence in the Games of the Year Division of the Japan Game Awards: 2017 (held by the Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association).
